1.12.17

Spoken by a professor at UCLA, in a classroom, around 4:15 in the afternoon, while rain drizzled outside and the sky turned from grey to black. 

The language of our presidential discourse has gone

down,

significantly.

(pause for laughter)

Today is a sad, sad day.

(pause for laughter)

This is what we’ll have to listen to

for the next four years.

(A student calls out): Less if we’re lucky.
